5:30 PM – Presentation by Tasha Turner
Tasha N. Turner, Program Director for Trauma Informed Initiatives at Spectrum Lakeland Health, will introduce the Community Resiliency Model. Turner will share the mission of this model, how it is aiding individuals and communIties alike, and why it is of critical importance to Berrien County.
6 – 8 PM – Exhibition Party
Explore this exciting new exhibition in the KAC galleries and meet some of the artists in the show. Featuring a cash bar, live music, and small bites by Bistro on the Boulevard.
7 PM – Performance by Christina E. Fontenelle
Christina E. Fontenelle is an Afro-Latina psychotherapist and visual artist who works from an Expressive Arts multi-modal approach specializing in Art & Dance/Movement Therapy. Fontenelle will provide a live, movement-based performance in response to the theme of resiliency as part of this opening night event
