As a “Thank You” for volunteering at the Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff, all volunteers will receive (1) complimentary ticket to the art fair. This ticket cannot be exchanged for Art Fair Tickets previously purchased and is (1) ticket per volunteer. Your Complimentary General Admission Ticket must be picked up at the Volunteer Registration table at Krasl Art Center during the art fair. You can pick it up before or after your shift.
For the safety of our volunteers, food will not be served at Krasl Art Center this year. Please pack a lunch or snack, a beverage and anything you need to stay comfortable during your shift – a hat, jacket, sunblock, a cooler for lunch, etc. Bottled water will be provided, however, we strongly encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle that can be refilled in KAC. Please check the weather prior to your arrival. The Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff is a “Rain or Shine” event. Notifications will be posted on this webpage and krasl.org regarding cancellations due to emergencies.
All volunteers must check in at least 15 minutes before each shift. When you arrive at Krasl Art Center, please go to the Volunteer Registration table located at KAC. Volunteers must check in and sign KAC’s Volunteer Policies & Safety Information Sign In Form. Student Volunteer Sign In forms with Parent/Guardian signatures can be turned in at this time.
Please wear the Art Fair Volunteer t-shirt whenever you are volunteering. You are an ambassador of Krasl Art Center and a representative of our community to all who visit the fair. We encourage returning volunteers to reuse their lime green shirts from the previous years. More information regarding volunteer t-shirts and how new volunteers can pick up a free t-shirt will be provided in our Volunteer Guidelines and on this page in June.
