Krasl Art Center is proud to partner with 1928 Planning Co. to host intimate events on the beautiful outdoor campus Oval Lawn, surrounded by dynamic sculptures and Lake Michigan’s shoreline. KAC’s beautiful facility has been part of the St. Joseph community since 1980. Upon completion of a multi-million dollar grounds redesign in 2018, KAC and 1928 partnered together to offer exceptional event rental services at the facility. Proceeds from all rental events support KAC’s mission within the community.

Guests will experience artwork in galleries and notable public sculptures while they await your ceremony or during cocktail hour while you take one-of-a-kind photos on-site. The Oval Lawn is available just two times each month – save your date for this exclusive event at an excellent artistic venue.

WEDDING CEREMONIES ON THE OVAL LAWN

KAC’s Campus is the perfect venue for a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime event. Have your wedding ceremony & cocktail hour on the Oval lawn surrounded by dynamic sculptures and Lake Michigan’s shoreline. Campus features include a custom-designed light-up bench, the shaded plaza with seating, KAC’s East Garden featuring interactive public sculpture, ample space for on-site vendors, and the upper patio’s gas fire feature. Due to the size and scope of work at KAC, event size and time limitations apply.

RENTALS

KAC has the library, first floor, or the whole campus available to rent for private events. Looking for fun activities to do or a unique place to have a party? KAC also offers a Public Art Scavenger Hunt in partnership with Scooter Joe’s Bike Tours!
