Explore Family Dinner and FOOD for THOUGHT on your own terms during this all-ages exhibition reception. Following KAC’s monthly Family Day, visitors are invited to choose their own adventure as they view the new exhibitions. Mingle with the artists, drop in for storytime, examine artworks on a white glove tour, make your own art projects, and enjoy refreshments inspired by Justin Rothshank’s The People’s Dinnerware.
At 1:30, head upstairs to the library for National Issues. Local Impacts. – a panel discussion on the intersection between art and activism with Family Dinner artist Melissa Blount and FOOD for THOUGHT organizer Jennifer Tomshack.
