DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, March 25\, 6 PM \nFree - Live  on YouTube: https://youtu.be/nhYeIQCxFeE\n\n\n6 PM - Elementary Ceremony\n6:30 PM - Middle and High School Ceremony\n\n\n\nCelebrate the creativity of our young artists at the free virtual reception and awards ceremonies Thursday\, March 25. Elementary ceremonies begin at 6 PM; Middle and High School at 6:30 PM. This event will be streamed through KAC’s YouTube channel. \nMultiple juried awards are presented during these exhibitions: The Elementary Exhibition features awards in the following categories: 2D and 3D (1st Place and 2nd Place) and the Jan Stevens Family Memory Award ($75 cash award in 2D\, 3D\, & Video). The Middle and High School Exhibition features awards for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd Place in 2D\, 3D\, and Video. Sponsor awards include the Sarah E. Cayo Memorial Art Award ($500 cash award)\, the Box Factory for the Arts Emerging Artist Award ($500 cash award to a senior pursuing the arts in college). Both exhibitions award the Berrien RESA Scholarship Awards ($50 art scholarships for 1 student per school). Karen will introduce two apps that can open the world of fine art to your imagination and creativity. Her step-by-step interactive teaching approach makes learning these complicated apps fun and easy. Leonardo allows for blending and masking multiple images into a new creation of your very own. Photofox adds even more creative possibilities from layers and blending modes to special effects and brushes. \n*Download Painteresque\, Distressed FX and Paint before the workshop and have two landscapes and one still life image ready to edit.  \n**These Visiting Artist Workshops are held on Zoom. DESCRIPTION:KAC’s Members’ Show: Inspired by… will remain on view through Sunday\, March 28. Artists can begin picking up artwork that same day during regular public hours.
